The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®:
**New Patient** 75 minutes (1 hour 15 minutes)  $145.00
Return Visit 60 minutes massage $145.00

Direct Billing

Direct Billing is offered to most extended benefit plans. Please see them listed below. Unfortunately, we are unable to pre-determine your benefits coverage or any requirements they might have prior to your visit. We kindly request that you follow-up with you benefits provider before your first appointment to ensure you have all documentation we may require prior to your first visit. An example may be a Doctors note, which we are required to have on file. Please note asterisks** and see notes below on those providers.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is important to us and is reserved for you. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not provide cancellation notice within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge you in full for the missed appointment. If you are sick, sickness needs to be reported by no later than first thing in the morning of the day of the appointment to be considered for no charge late fee. If you call or text with less than 4 hours notice of the appointment, you will receive a 50% cancellation fee. If you call or text within 2 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged in full. If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients in need of treatment. Please advised that ICBC and extended health benefit plans do not cover missed/late cancelled appointments, you will be responsible to cover the entire fee.
